Not a review but a kind of giallo video collage on Apocalypse Confidential‘s recent ‘Cloak & Dagger’ project, covering all of the fiction/non-fic/poetry in my own roundabout way. See if you can spot all the gialli reffs. Also, pls subscribe to my YouTube sludge so I can reach my 2026 target of 21.

Obviously, I mostly did this cos I have my own story [Post-Giallo] in the collection too, but don’t worry I haven’t gone easy on it, in fact, I haven’t gone anything on it, haven’t gone anything on any of the stories, not in any recognisable way. I cover everything except the art, work by Donovan Reyes, Matthew Kinlin, Zachery Brasier, Cesar Felipe, Mads Gobbo, Saint Nick, Arbogast, me, Dawson Alexander Wohler, Kelby Losack, Damon Hubbs, C. Rees.

I think the video overall works okay, especially the Suspiria section at the end that spirals off into a type of madness which matches the poetry in the collection.
